A 28cm – 32cm Right face ground Sushi, or Carving knife. A very impressive blade, this is a professional Sushi knife or carving knife. Made from Hardened Steel, and Iron Wood handle.
This is a workhorse blade, even though it is a very impressive looking knife, its meant to without compromise, deftly separate soft flesh quickly and efficiently without imparting any steel flavor on the flesh. Ground only on the Right Face, with a concave grind on the Left, this will apportion your big cuts effortlessly. Superbly sharp. This is a Right handed knife.
